FACILITY USE
Set in the heart of Seattle’s treasured historic district, Wing Luke Museum’s urban location offers a combination of award-winning architecture, bold art, and cultural history. We have a variety of spaces available that will suit the needs of your event.
HOST YOUR EVENT WITH US!
Event space is generally available Wednesdays through Sundays from 9AM — 9PM inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Facility Use is unavailable Monday-Tuesday at this time. Sunday events will require an additional staffing fee.
Past events include corporate conferences, meetings, receptions, dinners, film screenings, performances, and retreats.*
Onsite walk-throughs are only available by appointment.
*Due to special staffing needs, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate personal events including family gatherings, birthdays, or wedding-related celebrations. Partisan political events are also ineligible. Thank you for your understanding.
**Events are not sponsored by the Wing Luke Museum and cannot be marketed until a signed contract and full deposit are received.

SAFECO FOUNDATION SPECIAL EXHIBITION GALLERY
The Safeco Insurance Foundation Special Exhibition Gallery offers your group access to Wing Luke Museum's first-floor exhibition for a private group experience.
Exhibits in this gallery highlight contemporary issues facing Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities today through history, art, and culture. These exhibits are curated by the communities referenced through our community process.
*Please note that the Exhibits within the Safeco Insurance Special Exhibition Gallery are subject to change.
SPECIAL TOURS
Have your very own docent lead you and your group around the Chinatown international District or within our museum. This add-on can provide a memorable experience for your group to learn something new about the neighborhood and its history.
