Meet Anne Xuan Clark! Anne Xuân Clark has 30 years of experience in the non-profit and philanthropic sector and has been Chief Seattle Club’s Develoment Consultant since 2011. As a Program Officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Annie awarded and/or managed $230 million in grants to non-profits, tribes and government agencies in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining the Gates Foundation Ann worked for the Seattle Chinatown-International District Preservation and Development Authority.
